Robin Rose Stiller
Robin Rose Stiller received her Juris Doctor from the University of Akron School of Law and her Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University. Robin is an Ohio State Bar Association board-certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law, an honor afforded fewer than 200 Ohio attorneys, and she is a frequent speaker on planning matters to both legal and financial professionals. She was selected as a 2010 Ohio Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine, a designation reserved for fewer than 3% of Ohio attorneys. Robin is also licensed to practice in Pennsylvania. Her article, Estate Planning 101: A Basic Guide to Estate Planning for Noncitizen Clients was published in the Akron Tax Journal in 2000. For five years she held an adjunct faculty position at the University of Akron School of Law. Robin concentrates her legal practice in the areas of Estate Planning, Estate and Trust Administration and Litigation, Premarital Planning, and Business Succession Planning and she is the head of Smith and Condeni’s Estate and Trust Administration and Litigation Practice Group. Robin is a member of the Probate and Estate Planning Section of the Ohio Bar Association and the Cleveland Estate Planning Council. Robin lives in the Akron area and in her free time she enjoys art, music, and poetry and she is an avid fan of Cleveland professional sports.
