Holly N. Denham

Holly N. Denham received her Juris Doctor degree from Capital University Law School and her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. Holly concentrates her legal practice in the areas of Elder Law, Life Care Planning for Seniors, Long Term Care Planning and Special Needs Planning, and she is a frequent speaker on these topics to both legal and financial professionals. Holly is the head of Smith and Condeni’s Elder Law and Special Needs Practice Group. Holly is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Ohio and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Holly is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, including the Ohio Chapter, the Elder Law, Probate and Estate Planning Sections of the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Estate Planning Council of Cleveland. Holly serves on the Special Needs Steering Committee for the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, serves as the Vice President of the Ohio Chapter for the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, is a member of the Board of Directors for both the Ohio Chapter for the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Cleveland Society of Financial Services Professionals, and serves as Vice Chair to the Elder Law Committee of the Ohio State Bar Association. Holly is also an Accredited Attorney with the Department of Veterans Affairs. Holly enjoys all sports, especially soccer and football, as well as scrapbooking and cooking. She resides in Akron with her husband, Brad, and sons, Drew and Brady.
